Buying the car

I agreed to buy the car on the 21st of December 2019. This was a known car to me and I had driven it before agreeing the purchase. The chap I bought it off lives a few house away, he wanted to ‘upgrade’ to a 675LT. He was offered a trade in price and wanted to improve on that. He knew I regularly looked at cars and so offered it to me. I believe the car new was purchased at around £230000, my pal bought it for roughly £150000, I took it off him for £82500.
